Solutioning with PechaKucha

Date & Time:

16-Nov-2024 (Saturday) at 12:00 PM - 12:45 PM

Topic Abstract:

OBVIOUS IS NOT SO OBVIOUS!
Our first thought after any dispute / confusion / misunderstanding / problem is
- “But isn’t it obvious?”.
NO!
Because your obvious is not my obvious.
Every organization, group, team, has problems, and we all know, and also meet many times to figure out and address them, but it doesn’t work out, we end up into one or more of the following situation:
- Attend many boring retrospective meetings, and play various useless sticky/notepad games.
- Get out of the meeting with a very exhausting action items list, with no further plan on what to do with that list, because the process of making that list is itself so exhausting.
- Fight among ourselves, and worsen the situation
- Exit the meeting without any solution and with a feeling that time was wasted and may not want to meet again to find solution of this problem
A lot of time is wasted in this. Ultimately this tiny problem becomes this huge mountain that can’t be fixed.

So what to do about it?
You all know how PechaKucha helps in telling your story with ease and playfulness (In case you don't know what PechaKucha is, you are just at the right place!). We will do the solutioning with PechaKucha, which will be a painless method for our retrospectives, Big Room Problem solving, and can further be expanded for Planning, Discovery, Design, Demo, and many more important aspects of work. Let us explore together.
