Topic Abstract:

Scrum highlights that the job of the Product Owner is to maximize the value of the product. But in reality how many Product Owners are actually doing it? Have you come across terms like PoP, or Proxy Product Owner or Assistant Product Owner or Junior Product Owner? I am assuming you might have, because I have seen them used quite frequently. So what do these people do? And if you get stuck in one of these roles then how do you survive? I share my bit of experiences so that you are prepared to address a few of these challenges.
