With the advent of emerging tech, AI, ML and fields of data sciences what we often miss is data remains at the heart of everything. But are we leveraging it to the fullest, are we listening to it?

Humans have told stories since the stone age for survival & in day to day life. While storytelling methods have come a long way since the days of cave paintings, they are still relevant in today‚ age. The use of story telling invokes responses in our brain that help us remember things.

Being able to tell stories with data is a skill that is becoming ever more important in our world of increasing data and desire for data-driven decision making especially when it comes to successful Business Transformations. Especially with the advent of emerging technologies like AI and ML we have access to data like never before. It’s not enough to just to have data, the journey of data to insights is important but more important is then being able to communicate the these in a story in a clear, compelling manner‚ skill called data storytelling.

In this session we discuss why storytelling is an impactful communication tool, through examples Walt Disney and Google.
